On-line platform for “Mystery Shopping” type of survey
The new platform that Progress Consult is implementing in the field of the Mystery Shopping surveys, has characteristics that allow much faster extraction of the survey results, internet access from any location, dynamic monitoring of the data and as a result – it provides much faster solution of the current problems of every company.
Platform basis
The web-basis of the platform provides access to the preliminary and final results from any location; the data could be accessed by a computer, as well as by a mobile phone, or via the Internet;
There is no need of additional dissemination of the results to the separate departments and experts;
Every authorized employee could have personal access to the data;
Fast response
Immediately after uploading the survey record for each particular target site, if the manager has permission to access the database, he could receive information on the individual result of the target site, and if a problem is found – to react immediately, before finalization of the results for the whole campaign, and thus – to improve much earlier the quality of the services in the particular unit.
Ease of data processing
It is not necessary to wait until the data are processed in order to have a smart visualization and detailed presentation of the data. While the visit process is still in progress, the points to be monitored could be defined according to preliminary selected criteria. When the data are inserted in the database, the platform automatically creates chart representations of the results.
Dynamics of the presentation
There is no need of complicated data processing in order to present the data in a comprehensive and easy way for monitoring. Simply by clicking on certain part of the different charts it is possible to climb down the ladder of the subindexes – down to the level of the separate indicators.
Facilitation of the structural slices
In the case of two-level or three-level territorial structure of the company, the dynamic charts allow entering in all elements of the structure. For instance, if the structure of the company is divided into 6 regions, you could enter from the comparative chart of the different regions to a performance chart of the different local structures by a click on the respective region; and by a click on the respective local structure – you could enter to the subindexes of the performance and the results of the particular indicators.
Personification of the access to the platform
Each authorized person in the company might have personal and specified access to the results, valid until the end of the project.
Automatic functions of the platform
The platform is capable to react automatically when particular results appear, related to the overall performance, the performance of certain subindexes, or specific indicators. In such cases, the platform will immediately generate an email notification containing a warning that the encountered problem should be resolved or a suggestion for promotion.

After the uploading of every new report, the current changes could be immediately monitored.
Now you have the final results. If the company is regionally structured, you could instantly monitor the performance of the separate units of a particular city in a specific region by a click on the respective region. By a click on the unit of the corresponding city you would see the results sorted by the different areas of survey. After that you could go back at the beginning and examine the rest of the regions in depth.
