Banking, insurance and lending

Financial services

We research banks, insurers, pension and investment funds, leasing companies and short-term lenders. Consumer and business segments are examined separately because they assess choice and risk differently.

01

Banking

We measure bank brand image, advertising recall and impact, service satisfaction, and the reasons for choosing or switching banks. The analysis is placed in the context of objective economic and statistical data.

02

Insurance

We study attitudes towards voluntary and mandatory insurance, trust in companies, the role of intermediaries, and the factors behind renewal or switching insurers.

03

Non-bank lending

Consumer profiles, choice motives and perceptions of risk differ from those in bank lending. We therefore track separately the channels, situations and arguments that lead to a decision.

04

A psychographic perspective

When products appear similar in price and terms, psychographic analysis reveals why they attract people with different motives, attitudes to risk and needs for security.
